Should be a direct replacement mate.
I believe the cats are different but should be no problem

as scoob says, it should be ok :)
all the classic shapes are pretty much interchangeable, you can even get the new age exhausts to fit but the hangers have to be removed and re-welded as they are located differently.
ive tried 4 different exhausts on mine since i got it ie ninja, vortex afterburner, and now im on the blitz nur spec :D

Hi mate,
How loud is your Afterburner?
I'm after a bit more note, but don't wanna scare the old ladies.
Thanks

a fully de-cat afterburner is 115db at 3metres, i had 1 on but it was too loud for me
then i tried a ninja which was 97db, but ove opted for a blitz nur spec which is 105db, to be honest its still slighly on the loud side but i just love the sound :D
the ninja is a good sounding box, and is probably fine if you just want it nice but not too loud.
theres a few sound files here=http://www.scoobyworld.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=24_52&products_id=76
