where is dccd

can anyone help me i need to know where the dccd unit is placed e.g front transfer box or rear diff many thanks baz :D

it is at the back of the bell housing just in front of where the driveshaft to the rear hooks in. The engine gearbox is out of my car at the moment. If you want me to take a photo (v5 ra) just let me know and I can email it to you.

cheers urabus dont need the pic but thank u any way the reason i wanted to know is my rear diff has gone was worried about cost of rebuild if dccd was in rear diff
