Quickshift Kit. Will It Make Any Difference On a 94 RA ???

I've been offered a quickshift kit for around £50.

My 94 RA has close gears already, however I reckon they could be closer.

Will this kit help or will it be a waste of money?

The quickshift will not shorten your gear ratio's it just shortens the throw of your gear stick and hence shortens the time it takes to change gear.

I have one on my car but personally I think they are a waste of money unless you intend to blat it up the strip on a regular basis.
