I was asked by a fellow SIDC member to detail his black classic scooby after he'd removed the cusco graphics.

When i arrived at 9 am this morning, he'd already spent 2 hours cleaning with the 2 bucket method and using bug and tar remover to get rid of the sticky residue from the vinyl.

the method used was fast cut method 6 passes with menzerna intensive polish and then 6 passes with menzerna final finsh II. the lsp was jeffs werkstatt acrylic on the body and zymol cream after hd cleanse on the wheels. the exhaust was polished with a metal polish on neils choosing.

here's some pics of the turn around:

which megs stuff are you using?

It is good stuff but must be worked to get the best results. i'll be selling dodo juice soon. they have a special one for light colours. plus it's a wax so you'll get a great wet look. top that off with mothers reflection advanced top coat and it'll look like glass.

no problem. just give me a shout. what about at japshow finale? they had a pressure washer there and taps available for washing cars. if i get a generator i could even machine polish it.

i could do a couple of demos for people if there was enough interest?
