What is your car ?
Eibach base their measurements on European and UK spec cars, if it is a WRX there will be some difference once they have settled, if it is an STi there will probably be hardly any as they are lower to start with.

Another thing to remember is that your springs are probably 12 years old so have settled and worn a lot. New ones have just taken it back to where it was when it was new but over 6 months they will settle by 10mm.
On my old GT/ UK turbo for you takes 4 years to lower -20mm. Initial drop down was 15mm over OE springs.

Jay,
Same thing happened to me - I think it is the standard STi struts that cause the problem.
I have fitted some H&R springs to my STi RA and it has dropped the car by approx 30 mm - until I can go for a full Tein set up.
