2 door sti??

Hi guys

Ive just joined up today as ive a question for your expert knowledge.

Im looking at a blue 99 jap import 2 door sti here in ireland, now my query is what exact model it is?

The guy selling it reckons its a std sti but i dont think so, it has a working roof vent, sti seats, redtop engine, oval sti badges under the side indicators, diff control, blue metal surround on the centre console and round the clocks, manual and auto ic spray buttons but im not sure about a plaque or what exact electrics it has??

Can anyone help with what it may be, i dont have the chassis number yet but will get it

Sounds like a V6 Limited to me.

No pics sorry it also has the aerial on the a pillar and a rear wiper??

Ps what bhp is it likely to have, ive got an evo 5 at the minute so would like it to be at least that quick??

As Scoob and Jodie say sounds like a Version 6 Type R Ltd. Very nice car and the equal (at least) of your Evo.

Comes with 280 Bhp and 352 Nm Torque as standard.

Should have a numbered plaque infront of the gearstick

Another strange one from Subaru as i know of two version 5 sti Type r limiteds that have no plaque....?????
