Many apologies for posting this here but we were wandering if we could gauge fellow subaru owners and traders reactions.

Of late we have been having issues with our Ebay account, mainly due to the fact someone hacked into our account details, a result of this being that we were not able to access our account and respond to customer queries and feedback, resulting in us receiving lots of negative feedbacks, causing ebay to remove all our listing's and temporarely suspending our account. Now we do not see this as fair especially as they have charged us for our listing's during the period we were hacked into, apparently they are looking into this and our other issues, but they have been saying that for the last 4wks,one department says one thing another says something different,it is affecting our business and also costing the business money as, off our own backs we have tried to contact the disgrunteld customer's offering them refund's and or their good's foc (within reason).
I suppose our question is do you see ebay as a worthwhile investment to advertise your services/product's? Or is it just a giant marketplace for joe public to pick up cheap gear,as really I can't think of another place that has the coverage or potential to attract so many people.

Regards, Peter Rowleys Performance Engineering.

I think it's good mate. But like anything that gets so big you'll get more than a few dodgy buyers & sellers. I think they are a bit steep on the prices now too.
