Don't you just love em:) Any Impreza that has the roof vent automatically becomes an RA !!!!.

This cars correct title is WRX TypeR V-ltd, not an RA version as there was no such thing as a 2 door RA which has been confirmed to this BB by Subaru Japan themselves.

The car has a MY99 front bumper fitted.
Non original rear spoiler fitted
It should have not had rear spats or sideskirts, the ones that have been fitted ARE NOT original Subaru items.
There was no such thing as an ally bootlid, the only ally panel ever made for the classic Impreza was the bonnet.
The blue interior trim is not standard, this could have been lifted from a Version 5 or 6 V-ltd or sprayed by a previous owner.
All the options he says" are not normally found on "rally specials" are always fitted on a V-ltd car.
For you info: TYPE R and TYPE RA means Type Race and Type Race Altered, nothing to do with rallying.

Having said all this the car looks in pretty good nick but has been modified away from what it should be. The WRX TypeR V-ltd was a pretty rare car and there are not that many in this country but certainly more than a handful.

If you were to buy it remove all the bodykit and turn it back into what it should be, alternatively have a look at this one:

http://www.type-ra.co.uk/vB/showthread.php?t=5538

Much better buy although it is not a TypeR.

Its listed as SUBARU IMPREZA WRX TYPE R V-LTD

So it is what it says it is.

He then says "For auction is a 1998 Subaru Impreza type R RA V-Limited." which it isnt!!

Whiteraman is right with the other bits. The blue trim is wrong and all the skirts and spoilers are wrong for the standard car.
