clutches

hi all

are the clutches on the bug and hawk eye wrx the same as gc8 clutches? if so it would be alot cheaper buying from america i think but they only list an ej20 2002 to 2005 5 speed ?????:confused:

Just been lucking at some clutches online.There are 5 speed (230mm) for 1992-2000 cars or there are the 6 speed (240mm) for all Jan 2000+ cars.

in america i seems that most of there clutches are 225mm 24 spline and there are some 230mm 24 spline for the 5 speed 2002 to 2005 and the 6 speed is 240mm.

but will the 230mm fit a classic uk car ? have a look at the link below.

it should cost at least £100.00 cheaper even after shipping and import duties?
