Hey guys, I want a little advise...

I've seen a 2 Door Type R for sale, its done 60k miles but the engine has now been replaced with a V4 STi engine!

I'm led to believe that the type r engine was 300bhp as standard, does anybody know what the bhp was of a V4 STi engine?
I thought it was around 280bhp but i don't know tbh (more of a new age person myself as i don't own a classic...YET)

Any Info appreciated

Cheers

Officially anyway - theres never any shortage of speculation and opinion (some more reliable than others) about STi-R and RAs having more like 300+, especially V-ltds.
