Best oil??? Mazda RX8

Not sure if this is a "snug" topic but does anybody have any knowledge of the RX8 what the best oil to use in the RX8.Have ben told to use synthetic 10w30 but reading forums some say never to use synthetic oil in rotary engines because it does'nt burn as good as mineral,plus mineral does'nt leave much or any deposits behind :confused::confused:
Any info would be great :cheers:
