Engine won't start

Hi guys what's up? i have been searching on the forum and cannot get any answer.Last week while driving my car it started to bugg aroung stutter and then cut off.I took of the plugs and saw saw the 2 of them were dead.After they were change i started the engine it idle for a minute and then cut off(holy shit my maf sensor! it my second it 4 months,also i saw error code 23.I other one from japan got it today put it back in and then it started and was misting and at idle then cut off.I check back code the check engine light it gave error code number 44 waste gate regulor malfuction. MY question is what does that have to do with the engine cutting off? Can it be the fuel pump? please help anyone.

you can use a foot pump on your actuator and if the rod does not move it is stuck
you can disconect valve and put a piece of hose between you turbo and actuator to see if its the valve you need to plug any pressured holes

thanks very much sir, but would that prevent the car from getting gas? it would start then idle rough and the cut off.i just bought a new maf but the engine wont turn over. i remove the pump then put it back and it started the idle rough and then cut off.if is the pump what can i do?

looks like you need to book it in somewhere for them to see what needs doin
